Alright, I admit it: sometimes I eat frozen chicken. Well, I don’t actually eat the chicken while it’s frozen. I buy a bag of it at WinCo, defrost it in the microwave, and then bake it. But there was something exceptional about this particular piece. And it got even more exceptional after I had defrosted it…

Let’s be honest here, do I really need to tell you what was exceptional about it? I don’t have a particular creative mind when it comes to things like this, but I’m nearly POSITIVE someone at the chicken factory had a good laugh when they put this piece in the bag. After teaching my cs101 class today, I had a student approach me. He’s an older guy (like in his late 30’s) and was having sort of a difficult time catching up on some of the concepts we go over in class. But then he said something to me which I thought was interesting. read more »
