Some things about airports…
With my new job I’ll be taking a lot more trips, and in turn flying more. On my recent flight down to California I noticed a few things about the airport that I think everyone should know.
First of all, there is no reason in the world why the guys who transfer your luggage on and off of the plane need to THROW it onto the conveyor belt or cart. I’m watching these guys stand right next to the conveyor and for some reason they feel like instead of just setting the darn thing down they actually have to toss it a foot or more. That’s just silly.
Another thing about the airport is — gah, I can’t think of the other stuff right now. I’m about to get on my flight home, though. Maybe that will jog my memory (what does “jog” mean in that context?).
