I really did forget my username and password on my Comcast account. So I searched around on the Comcast webpage and found that they have this feature where you can chat with a live Comcast rep. After Shawna started helping me, I had this great idea:
Shawna > Thank you for contacting Comcast. My name is Shawna. How may I help you?
Luke > hello
Luke > i can't remember my username OR password
Shawna > I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your login information but I would be happy to assist you with this. Am I chatting with Luke?
Luke > yes ma'am
Shawna > Thank you. I will find your primary Comcast username at this time, which is used for email and the comcast.net home page. I am able to reset the password to your primary account, so that you can then log in to change it and manage any secondary usernames. Would you like me to do so?
Luke > yes please
Shawna > Before I am able to make any changes to the login information on your account I did need to verify security. This is for your own protection. May I have your full account number please?
Luke > let me grab a bill, one sec
Shawna > Certainly. Please keep me updated and ask me questions if you have them.

Shawna > Thank you very much. Your email address is xxxx@comcast.net your username is xxxx and I'll have your new password in just a moment. Not a robot no, a bit of a fast typer sometimes though!
Luke > do you have stuff that you always say? certain phrases to use all the time?
Shawna > Your new password is: xxxx - you can start using this now. Please keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive. You are able to change your password by logging in to http://www.comcast.net and clicking on Service Center - Account Management, which are linked on the left side of the page. You will also be able to set up a secret question and answer which will allow you to reset your password should you forget it in the future. I do a lot of chats in a day and some things I need to do, part of procedue [like verifying security for example]. The change went through here so you should be able to try logging in now.
Luke > thanks so much! would you like to go out on a date sometime, shawna?
Luke > you seem like you work late, so maybe in a week when i turn 21 i could take you out for a drink or 2?
